Hey guys,
I am playing around with a classic Ross Phaser schematic.
As a reference this is the schematic from tonepad:

Now I've got the idea to replace the original LFO with the Tap LFO from Electric Druid. I am using this schematic as a basis:

I breadboarded both schematics but it was not working.
How would you implement the Tap LFO resp. which mods are required?
Thanks for your help!
Cheers
Ben
I forget, does the ED Tap LFO modify the form/rate of an existing LFO, or does it provide the LFO itself? If it does the first thing, than you simply replace the Rate pot on the Ross with the LDR shown in the Tap LFO schematic. If it does the second thing, then you need to figure out how to use the Tap LFO to control a current source. That would suggest use of a different LDR/Vactrol, and some calculations on your part.
Take a look here

Thanks a lot!
First I only wanted to modulate the existing the existing LFO with the ED. Than I thought about replacing the original LFO.
I'll try a couple of things. Tahnks!!!
