Title: Little Big Muff... mosfet clipping?

I didn't find any verified schematic yet...
They're marked as "D".. diode?
Would very interesting to know that they're used as clipping couples; I've always had curious about them.

Looks like it says MMBD4148 beside both - SMD version of 1N4148.

Diodes come in different packages including SOT-23 (pictured). It just so happens that BJTs and FETs also come in that package.

I didn't know that the diodes comes with that package.
