Title: ASIO Driver for Cheap Sound Cards (Link)
Post by: George Giblet on August 05, 2007, 09:08:32 AM
THis software is great if you want to use the ASIO stuff (for VST plugins etc) on old machines which don't support ASIO - it's free.

This one does some of the older (but not ancient) soundblasters:

yup it works pretty good,.. although sometimes turns some ports off, then you just go back in and turn them on again

also, you actually still hear one little bit of pause or click every now and then but it still works good

Adjust the buffer setting till the clicks are gone. Make the buffer larger.
