Title: "ground effects" on pedals
Post by: SocraticTelecaster on October 24, 2009, 08:49:21 PM
I've seen a few pedals that have some sort of LED border or base that lights up when the pedal is turned on - it looks sort of like that douche-y ground effects thing people put on their cars. While it looks stupid on an automobile, I can certainly see the advantage - both pragmatically and aesthetically - to doing that to a pedal. Problem is, I can't find out how to do it. I've searched the archives, but my search terms are either too wide or too narrow - 400 hits or 4. Can anyone direct me to a fairly noob-friendly tutorial on how to do this.

Thanks,

-T

If you search for your own words - LED border - you'll find this on the first page: http://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=66840.0 (http://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=66840.0)
