(I'm posting here because someone wa asking for an Oberheim VCF schem, this is based on it).
Oakley kits are absolutely first rate, by the way.

IIRC, most of the Oakley schems are password protected.

I've built up probably 6 or 7 of the Oakley kits... they are quite inexpensive for what you get, and Tony is a very friendly guy. You can get a crazy amount of stuff for about $100-150: an input module/envelope follower, a VCA/EG, an LFO, wavefolder, and SVF, which will mutilate anything you want to put into it.
