Tonepad Pez 45 (MXR 45) connectivity issues

Putting together the above mentioned pedal. Site attached...

There is not sound unless I touch both the input and pin 1 of IC2 with fets in or out of sockets. Any ideasv

No ideas whatsoever.

This seems to be the phaser building season! There have been four phaser build problem posts just in the last several days.

So far the problems have been solder (bridge) related.

First.....look through all of the components to be sure that they're in the right location and oriented correctly.
When you are through...check it again.

Second....make sure your switch is wired correctly.

Third....Examine and compare the trace side of your board to tonepads PCB layout. It helps if you mirror the image before printing it so the physical board and the printed image are oriented the same. Look very closely for any solder bridges. (areas where the solder mistakenly flowed between traces and components)

Fourth...If  you do not find any issues after following the steps listed above, take voltage readings of all of the ICs, JFETs, and transistors, that way we can see what exactly is going on.
I just designed a new fuzz circuit! It almost sounds a little different than the last fifty fuzz circuits I designed! ;)
