Is there a way to make a SP3T or better said SPXT with a single stompswitch and analog circuitry / chips?

I haven't even looked for it, it's so out of my league I had to ask you first to know if it's even possible and then learn how.

Fernando.-

I just designed a new fuzz circuit! It almost sounds a little different than the last fifty fuzz circuits I designed! ;)

Debounce your footswitch.  Use it as a clock input to a Johnson counter (e.g. CD4022).  If you need less than 8 "poles" then wire the Nth output to the Reset input.  This makes a modulo-N counter.
Finally, use the outputs to drive CD405x analog switches (biased to half-supply voltage).

That's great news!
Thanks for the tips, guys!
