my take on ever so fun to build treble booster. :icon_biggrin:

Thanks for sharing. What transistor are you using?

The dual supply with positive ground to the amp is not something I have seen before (but then I probably haven't looked). It looks like th bipolar supply should give you a lot of headroom, but what is the advantage separate grounds? Lifting ground loops?

I guess it probably doesn't matter much, but is C2 333n?

Not sure of the pinout of your BJT - is this common collector?
I'm a refugee of the great dropbox purge of '17.
Project details (schematics, layouts, etc) are slowly being added here: http://samdump.wordpress.com

Wait a minute i did not notice that, dont seperate the grounds! i need to fix that somehow i messed up along the way. I will post a new fixed version up. ???

Sounds good with the C1 halved too through into some other gainy effects, though I used random transistors from my pile rather than the specified.

I'm not near my toys... but wonder if a simple swap in of a darlington and some antiparallel diodes... hmm... anyone near their breadboard lol.

Striker Amplification

clip the output cap with antiparallel diodes, but do it after the output cap ,the primary wire to your output jack and then to ground ;D you'll love it.

Thanks sir! This is on my list

It's just so simple and i think very gooooood :)

Just in case i cant find same transistor as yours... Can i use S9014 instead? Do i need to change anything?

Striker Amplification

No problem guy! and as long as the transistor your using is an NPN you will be trouble free :icon_mrgreen:

hi ryan.

have you been introduced to the edit button yet?

also, capslock - folk don't like being shouted at.

peace.
