Hi,

I built in one enclosure a distortion and a booster. The signal chain is: Distortion -> Booster.
I'd like to add a switch to change the order in the chain.

How can I do this? Thanks!

You can find a useful diagram towards the bottom of this page: http://www.beavisaudio.com/projects/Looper-Switcher/index.htm

Note that if you use a toggle switch, you will nopt need LEDs to tell you whether the order is A->B or B->A, since the position of the switch handle will do the indicating for you.  That means you can use an inexpensive and compact 3PDT toggle switch, instead of the bulkier and more expensive 4PDT stompswitch.  If being able to switch order mid-song while performing is important to you, then you'll want the stompswitch and all the trouble that brings (figuring out where to put it, extra holes for LEDs, etc.).  But if order flipping is something you don'T mind doing manually, a simple toggle will handle the chore nicely.

As Usual, thank you for your very helpful reply!

I'll try it after having lunch..!
