SPST push button question

Hi All,

I am trying to connect an SPST switch to my echo base for the dubmadness mod, however the phase of the switch seems to be the reverse of what I need.

What is happening is that when it is not pushed it is closing off the circuit and going into delay feedback, and when it is pushed it leaves the circuit open. Is there anything I can do so that it stays open when not pushed and closed when pushed?

Nope.

You have what you have....and by your description...what you have is a normally closed switch.

What you need is the more common normally open switch.

You can't get one from the other.
