I'd assume it is. I'd like to see under the hood and check the differences with the original 250 circuit.

Just like his YJM100 amp. They said the same thing about the built in boost - that it was the sound of his pedal.

Curious to see what the circuit truly is inside.

no smd - I am trying to get accurate pics from a fellow who just received one - I just got this pic of the pcb solder side, no smd. one IC for sure

speaking of dod 250 ..what IC can I sub in for a lm741? would a jrc4558 work in a dod 250 ?

You could use a TL071

I want one, I see two diodes so i am guessing symmetrical clipping ? something I do not have in my arsenal yet !
