To road 301 flanger not playing nice

So I built the to else 301 flanger I omitted the 12v reg for a 12v supply I jumper ex everything right the only problem was I didn't have any tl022s so I first used 072s ten moved to 4558s but no matter what this puppy won't tune right. I've gone through about every setting tweaking and swear word I can think of so if no one can one an idea is there a PDF for another decent flanger pcb that I could get to work on I would prefer to do an electric mistress or an Ada with mn 3007s but the boards seem to be under lock and key and while I don't mind donating to community i prefer to etch my own boards if possible. Any help gettin this thing tuned up past zombie throb or squelch cb style would be great or if anyone has mousapotamusses pcb if he shares thy for personal use I would love to get a flanger going in the nex week or so and also with the electric mistress with the send and returns to go tz. How extactly is that achieved. I'm intrigued but search engine illiterate. Someone please throw a bone. Thanks d_s!

I read and watched the chromosphere build report. I got t somewhat tuned I just don't think it's gonna do what I want I can get a nice slow flange but anything other than that is kinda useless. I think I just need to breakdown and buy the madbean mxr117 flanger but then again the electric mistress mn offers can go tz but I don't know how! I just want a really good jet swoosh and maybe a little faster flange. I just hate not etching my own boards. Anyone suggest which I should get the colossus or the current lover?
