my Easyvibe stops oscillating after 10 seg  (time it last to change it's original voltages into this)

Bias value 4,14V

Clearly those values of pin7 of every OPAMP are wrong

what should I do first to test it??

crazy as it is , it was just a faulty TL062 in the U1 position .....
