9 volts

Hi there, a little off the track but I'm hoping someone here can help me out. I have a midi to cv converter that gives out a gate voltage of 5 volts. I need to get it up to 15 voltage to drive my old roland. Does anyone know/ or point me to a circuit that would do this. Many thanks

Vcc = 5V, Vdd = 15V, Vss = Ground.

It isn't clear what to do with pin 13. It may not matter, as long as you tie it somewhere. I would tie it to ground.

Wouldn't any non-inverting amplifier work?

R2  / R1 should be 2:1 in this case, Vout = Vin * (1+R2/R1)
