Im repairng both my older Rotovibe and my whammy 4 and I know both need new spst momentary foot switches. However, I'm not sure which ones??

options at smallbear are:

1) Momentary SPST NO "Soft-Touch"
Rugged enough to be stomped, but you don't have to! Short, light stroke, with positive action.

2) Momentary SPST NC "Soft-Touch"
Same rugged part as SKU 0206A but Normally Closed operation.

or

3) 110-PM-OFF
Same style as #110-P. Extra-rugged, momentary NO contacts. Use this if you want a hard action.

Im having the worst time finding any info on line

I can't tell you which switches specifically the Rotovibe or Whammy need, but hopefully defining the terms will help with your googling:

NO = Normally Open (pressing the switch makes contact and completes the circuit)
NC = Normally Closed (pressing the switch breaks contact and opens the circuit)

"Soft touch" switches do not make a hard "click" when they engage. Think tap tempo switch.
The third switch you list is a Normally Open switch that will click when you stomp it.

Hopefully others can help you determine which kind your specific pedals need.
