Hey guys.

If i'm looking to sum 2 amplified signals into one output but don't want the two to sum to the point where its psychotically over driven, and have control off how much of each input goes into it (100% A 0% B, 50%a 50%B, 0%A 100%B and everything in between) much like the blend knob on a UA 4/710d where you can blend both the tube and fet amplified signals together i want to do this in a guitar pedal.

Also, how to effectively acheive the blend is kinda throwing me for a loop. Anything that might put me in the right direction would be appreciated!

Thanks!

Check out the ROG splitter blender - second half of the schematic. If you don't want the polairty switching (may be useful), you can replicate the bottom section of the blend for the top.

thats a pretty awesome little resource right there - Thanks!

When looking at that schemataic - Vref obviously means voltage reference. What should the voltafe reference be? 9V or 4.5v?

In response to the questions in the forum - PCB Layout for Musical Effects is available from The Book Patch. Search "PCB Layout" and it ought to appear.
