help debugging fl-301dx

i have this problem with Ibanez FL301DX.. the flanging effect is so subtle.. like none.. but somehow its there..

If you have a meter that includes a frequency function....check that the clock is working.

The black lead to ground and the red lead to pin 2 or 4 of the MN3102.

A few more questions....while in your possession did this flanger ever work correctly?

Did you mess with any trimmers?

nope..no effect.. just guitar sound.. but if tweak the "width" pot, i can hear some flanging effect.. by the way.. the owner said i can have it if i can get it to work.. 

p/s: if i touch at the back of the pcb, it will get louder (wierd flanging sound)..
