It's a 3PDT stomp switch breakout with P-mosfet polarity protection (nod to RG), extra filtering & decoupling and the option for a Bourns thumbwheel trim pot to adjust the LED brightness. Silk on both sides to make it easy to see which pads are which.

Of course you can jumper the pot if you want to just use the fixed value resistor.

The [cap > inductor > filter cap on the circuit itself] decouples the circuit and if there's a series resistor on the effect's power rail, you can jumper that.

It should help with those noisy, high-gain effects. I added this to my Lunar Module and it made a dramatic difference.

I like it!  It looks like you could put the trimpot on the solder side and solder the component side for better access to the adjustment.
