I found this NTE Cross Reference Chart on the net.Thought I'd share  :icon_smile:  elecurls.tripod.com/nte.htm  For some reason there's no "www." in the site.So,it won't underline the link.You"ll have to copy and paste the link in your browser.

Great if you only need NPN's.

 Type in an NTE part number to get there, save to fave.
Many a time I've found the pinout or other reference info.
The substitutes are high quality but occasionally a little different than the J201 or the old GE transistor he had.

The NTE126 is a winner on the PNP side.

I just designed a new fuzz circuit! It almost sounds a little different than the last fifty fuzz circuits I designed! ;)
