Anybody ever tried this?  A mix control that would go from clean to flange to vibrato?

Sounds interesting.  Did you have to add an active mixer?

Panning from clean to flange or from clean to vibrato is easy. Panning from one to another to another is much harder. You're into joystick territory if that's what you want to do.

In response to the questions in the forum - PCB Layout for Musical Effects is available from The Book Patch. Search "PCB Layout" and it ought to appear.

Could possibly do it with a dual pot and voltage control. The HSR Fader/Panner/Gate  had some tricks to alter the law of a pot, which may be of use.

If you put dry on one side of the pot, and the modulated delay on the other side of the pot, isn't this the end result?

I.e.

Clean = all the way CCW
Vibrato (100% modulated delay) = all the way CW
Flange/chorus = halfway in between
