For all guitar players out there and for all guitar-pedals techs, 3-4 days ago i was asked to do a mod on a Digitech DL-8 delay so it can be used in a parallel effect loop/parallel mixing.
So before you can use it in such way, you have to kill the dry signal. Regarding the fact that, this unit is a stereo one, the mod can be made only on one channel and can be activated / deactivated with a switch.
It involves cutting a track and adding a SPST mini switch (it's not necessary if you will use that section in parallel mix mode).
The red rectangle shows what and where the cut needs to be made.

WARNING! good soldering skills are required. A steady hand is preferred as it involves cutting very thin traces. And at last but not at least: i'm not responsible for any damage of the unit.

I speak spanish, just in case you do not understand what I say.

It was a stomp-box mod :) not building a digital one, or asking about DSPs, anyway if an admin is around, it can be moved to the right section.
