Does anyone know how make the presence control as an external pot?

A comment said "You'll just need to leave out furthest right side link and cut. Wiring goes: lug 1 to the 7th row, lug 2 to vol 2 and lug 3 to tone 1 (and 2)."

But I don't which link and cut that is.

That comment was for a previous version of the layout and so doesn't apply to this revision.  To add an external presence pot just omit the trimmer and take wires from the places where the trimmer would be soldered to the external 20K linear pot (to lugs 1, 2 and 3 from top to bottom).
