What size enclosure should I get to build an uglyface with lfo mod, so 2 foot switches? Also, wheres a good place to order an enclosure and theyll do custom drilling?

FUZZZZzzzz

the size of the enclosure really depends on your personal taste. besides, it also matters what type of knobs, pots etc you're using. The BB size for example will fit 2 footswitches and 4 alpha pots easily.. depending how you configurate them. I mostly use the eddystone enclosures. I think they're made by Hammond (they have the exact sizes in their spec sheet). If you're a little familiar with graphic software.. you can easily find out what you can do with size and configurations (most people here do it this way, try the search function). If you wear US shoe size 15,you probably like your footswitches further apart etc. also what space is left on your pedalboard..

banzaimusic does have some predrilled options. maybe check this out (why reinvent the wheel ;))

I used a 1790NS;

It's a bit bigger than a 1590BB, but smaller than a 1590DD.

The vero will fit into a 1590BB though. Two footswitches on a BB work fine, in either orientation. With 9mm pots, you can do 5 or 6 pots, and a couple of toggles, without too much trouble.

You should measure and layout the enclosure to figure out how much room you need, including knobs.

... and to make that easier... get yourself Inkscape if you don't have it... pedal components library...
