You're more than welcome to try it. After I've verified everything I'll share layout, transfer, graphics and drilling template.

Six days to go, I'm clear coating stuff continuously right now. The water slide for the Professor Tweed has failed twice, the third try has the clear drying as I write this.

I hope that I'll be able to finish one or two tomorrow, then I'll be away for three nights (it's nice to be employed again, but damn it cuts tinker time). That leaves Friday and early Saturday to finish the remaining.

Right now I'm off to etch a new LPB-1 board and hopefully get to stuff it tonight too, at least that box is finished (polished 1590A).

fity years to build a pedal?. ;D

;D After all this work can you imagine how it would feel if Pelle's brother doesn't like it? :icon_sad:

come on, [the other] DA, I'm building as fast as I can. should be ready soon.
don't make me draw another line.

Perrow

Not quite fifty years, but damn I was pressed for time. Now I managed to get all boxes ready and all boards, just have to stuff all them boxes. Lots of wires to solder  :icon_mrgreen:

And, yes, that 1590A is polished.

From left, Rebote, Professor, LPB-1.

Small Clone.

BTW, I love Peanuts, and yeah, he'd better frolic.

I'll post better images when I've stuffed them.

yep,  i 100% agree with pelle, when he says ''go .... yourselves with a rusty spatula''.. ;D

(note he didn't actually post that, but my orbital space radar could sense it) ......beep..............................beep..........................

looking good pelle, cool labels and the buffed 1590a.. 8)

Hey, let's give my brother the benefit of a doubt, I think he'll enjoy them.

My inkjet water slides can use that spatula, the Rebote went quite ok, but the Small Clone resisted so much there's a small hole in the purple  >:(

But the real offender is the Professor, the border has disintegrated in a couple of places and the decal that's there now is the third attempt to transfer and the forth label I printed. I'm beginning to suspect that that box is cursed  :icon_evil:

I've ordered laser water slides  ;D

Beautiful looking builds so far Perrow. I've used a black permanent marker before clearcoating to fill in missing toner on decals. Don't know if using a purple one would help you any. I suppose you would have to have the exact color match, but even then, it would probably show. Did you clear coat these decals first and then dip them in water to apply them? I've only used the laser ones. How many coats?

Floor-mat at the front entrance to my former place of employment. Oh... the irony.

Yeah, three layers of clear on them, and you make sure to cross hatch them (sweep the can in different directions across the decal). Part of the problem with the Professor could be the size of it, I had to soak it a long time before the center of the decal let go of the backing paper. Could possibly have poured a little puddle of water on the center, before soaking it completely.

I've got a new printer (Epson), with the old one (Canon) I never had this problem, don't know if the ink's different or I just messed up this time.

Looking good, Pelle.  I've also had some unexpected grief with decals occasionally, where they stretch and tear and . . .   I read somewhere not to be tempted to soak them in anything other than cold water.  Seems the slightest warmth can make them stretchy and unmanageable, particularly when they're big.

That's interesting, I always try to use slightly warm water to make the process quicker. I'll stop that then.

Finished the Rebote yesterday, had hoped to finish another but wiring these up always takes longer than you think. And then I had to extract the board as I managed to short the pads under the led when I adjusted the height of it  :(

But now it works and looks good  ;D

No, no, I come from the land of IKEA, it was only screwed on, so I could take it down again. It's now been joined by it's first sibling.
