I'm trying to build a Marshall Shredmaster, and am wondering if i can substitute the two 41k resistors that it calls for, and use 39k resistors instead.
Could you guys help me out?

This is the layout in question:

It should work fine with those replacements.

It's just a voltage divider.
I'd be inclined to go the next value up rather than one down, but I'm sure that someone with greater experience than me will pipe up shortly.

Yeah that was kind of my next question. I could either go 39k or 47k replacements.

If you want to be exact, 2 x 82K in parallel = 41K.
