Working on a pcb design in eagle, got a few questions.

That is what I have so far, and my schematic is this:




I want to see about making the pot pcb mountable, not sure if my hole sizes are even correct, and not even sure what mil size and spacing to use. if anyone has a DRC file that they've had luck with, maybe I can try that out.

I also want to make it neat and let it fit in a 1590A.

It looks like you have the GM eagle libraries? If so, his potentiometer pad spacing is correct for the 16mm pot BUT the pad sizes are wrong (for a lot of the components, actually). Check the alpha data sheet for the thickness of the leads then you can edit them in EAGLE. Posting from a phone, so I can't check what I have that works unfortunately. Make the hole size bigger than what the data sheet says as any type of plating makes the hold smaller and you want a little wiggle room.
