Hi the latest Texas instrument news letter has a link for a free download of their "Analog Engineer's pocket reference"
It has a lot of useful formulae and conversion info,explains capacitor types ,ESR ESL and codes,and resistor codes,op amps,PCB traces A/D D/A conversion,ect
Anyway I'm so busy lately.I had to move again and most my stuff is in storage but thought you guys would like this,really good info for your average monkey with a soldering iron and internet connection like me...

well of course RG gets the TI news letter too ::) I should've known someone beat me to posting that...
