Hi there folks

Here is something I have been working on for a little while.
It's a inverter-based fuzz with a resonant filter and sample & hold modulation.
The modulation starts around 4 minutes in. I hope someone finds it interesting. :)

Schematic, PCB and vero layouts can be found in my blog:

Ma throats as dry as an overcooked kipper.

Smoke me a Kipper. I'll be back for breakfast.

Wow, that's cool.  What is the S/H modulating?  The gain?

It looks like IC2 and IC3 are labeled in reverse on the schematic.

Anyways, the circuit sounds great and I've got all the chips, so it's etching time  :)

It's modulating the frequency of the resonant highpass filter. :)

Yes, you are right about that. Ops. I'll correct it in the future.

I'm glad people get excited over my humble stuff. :)

Got the board etched and populated today.  Fired it up and it works !  :)

I like playing around with the sample and hold sounds.  Is there a way to get the circuit to make the "beatbox duck" sounds that are
on your blog?  I thought that was funny and interesting.

Wow, that was fast! I didn't even expect anyone to actually build it..  :)
I can't remember what I did with the beatbox duck to be honest.. I should have taken notes..
just try to connect wires from the board that are not supposed to connect..  :P

I did a vero layout for this one today. Not verified yet, would love it if someone want to give it a go.
It should be ok. I have tripple checked against the schematic and my PCB layout.

I wasn't going to do a vero layout at first because of the size, but I had a couple of people asking for it.
Some circuits falls into the category "to big for vero" imo, but this one actually didn't turn out too bad.
If you have patience doing all those links...  ::)  :)
