I've decided to make this kind of eq, because of simplicity, and because it has 2 eqs, which i think is very useful.

But i was wondering if i could add a third output, with a blend pot, like this

Or maybe a dual gang blend pot?

Because i feel like this add on would make this thing shine even more.

Edit

i was so tired last night, that i've used wrong links

Just to bring it up to the beginning of the page.

what's the output impedance on something like that?

Try a simple blend pot and if it sounds so-so compared to the signals on their own., buffer the outputs of the two signals and use a low value blend pot like 10K - 25K.

Would you be running two different signals, like two separate guitars, at once here? Or are you making like a parallel signal type blend? In which case you may then need to consider one signal going out of phase from the other.

Two signals of a same bass/guitar.

R12, R13 would be around 20k

How to avoid that phase issue?

check out RunOffGroove's "Splitter-Blend "
http://www.runoffgroove.com/splitter-blend.html

it'll buffer, blend and allow you to flip the phase of one side
