3-way AB switch box

Hi everybody,

any suggestion about this project? 
I'm trying to build this AB stombox. I'm not very confident with electronic components and I am in a bit of trouble. The signal has to be directed to the three A out or to the B ones. How can i manage to use one single pedal button to activate all of the switches?
Which kind of components do i need to use in order to accomplish that?

I'd do it with 3 relays triggered by one switch.

If you want easy, use a 4PDT stomp switch. Three sections of the switch for the three sections of audio then the fourth for the LED.
