Pearl CH-02 schematic - how can this be right? (MN3207)

Here's the schematic for reference:

My question is about R19, the resistor coming off pins 7 & 8 of the MN3207. My understanding was that with either a MN3207 or a MN3007, this resistor should be tied to the same as pin 1: either +V for a 3007 or ground for a 3207. But this schematic shows R19 connecting to +V (well, through a 100R resistor) while the 3207 is otherwise correct - pin 1 ground, pin 5 +V.

Is this a mistake? It wouldn't be the first one I've seen in this Pearl series - but I've found both schematic drawing errors as well as a couple of actual circuit errors/inefficiencies so I'm trying to find out which one this is. Would it work as drawn?

Pulled one apart and R19 is definitely connected to ground on the PCB. Seems like every Pearl schematic has an error or two in it, but this is the biggest one yet.
