At long last, I've finished it! This was my first pedal that wasn't a kit and didn't have step-by-step instructions. Thank you all again for the help!

I did make a few mistakes along the way:
1) I think I used the wrong taper pot for the tone control. I swear I tried the pot on the breadboard, but must have grabbed the wrong when went I finally built it. I can live with it for now.
2) I regret not socketing some of the capacitors, because I wish I could tweak them now.
