Penneyroyal Chorus not right...

My stomptown pennyroyal chorus is not right. It is based on a small clone. It is warbling and not giving a terribly deep chorus sound almost like the mix of dry to affected signal is off or the lfo is uneven. I've tried fine tuning the bias but no luck. At high speed and depth it sounds sort of metallic ring modish type sound Voltages are as follows

Here's my readings from a similar build for reference i.e small clone (I'm sure you can guess where I got it from!) At a glance there are some differences on the LM358 especially pin 7 and pin 9 of the CD4047

I'll have a look over your images when I get a chance hopefully you'll have it sorted by then I'm just off out

R30 looks like it might be 4K7 (yellow, purple, black, brown, brown.) not 47K (yellow, purple, black, red, brown) can't really see if the 2nd last band is brown or red. Can't see R8 but all the rest as far as I can see are the correct values all polarity looks correct for electros, diodes, IC's.
