Hello. My name is Jeff and this is my first post here. I recently ordered a (not working) proco rat pedal as a little project because I recently started learning electronics.

I am trying to order a new 9v power jack socket (the little input jack the ac adapter plugs into). I'm having trouble finding it online. (probably because I don't know the proper name for it).

Can anyone help steer me in the right direction? The end of the ac adapter looks like a 1/8 headphone plug.

I included some pictures of the (damaged) part I need to replace.

Any help would be much appreciated!!

Thanks!!  Jeff

What's the reason you're replacing it Jeff? just a thing to note - as far as I am aware it's a centre positive DC jack not negative in case your using a centre negative type adaptor like a Boss PSU.

I believe it's the same 1/8" mini jack connection used on the oldest DOD pedals, and the Green Soviet tank Sovteks (i have a 280 and a smallstone). If you buy a connector to run it from a standard BOSS-style centre negative daisychain, the connector will "swap polarity" itself.
