I have a PS5 that won't come on - when i first powered up i heard some static in in the line, then nothing. Same result whether on battery or AC adapter.

I haven't fully pulled it apart yet, but i did open up and at a glance haven't found the 5v regulator to check the digital supply rail.

I did check continuity on the switch - seems to be ok. So i'm thinking it's maybe a power issue (hopefully not a bad IC).

Anyone have any experience or insight to share before i dive in? Where are the regulators typically located on these devices? What are the odds i would be able to replace it (assuming SMD)? What else....filter caps? diodes?

Here is a picture of the pcb if it is of any help.

The area around the bottom right looks like it will be the digital psu section with a few big caps, inductors and regulators.

Please at least have 1 forum post before sending me a PM demanding something.
