I Really Need Help Building DI Direct Box w/ Jensen Transformer

I'm building a DI with a Jensen Transformer (JT-DB-EPC), I've got everything but there's still one thing I don't get.

The specs gives me an eletronic map to it's typical application and there are 2 resistances and another component that I don't understand.

Here's the image to the map and I made some circles around R1, R2 and C1. Can anyone tell me what they are and if they are resistances, how many Ohms they are?

Yep, R = resistors, C = capacitors. R1 is 6.81k ohms, R2 is 51 ohms, C1 is 10n (which is the same as 0.01uF (or micro farad) and 10,000pF)
