Universal Bass Overdrive by Mario44

Hi there!
It's been a while since I made any effect, but finally I found some time and here it is. I was using the Tube Screamer as my bass drive, however it has a low cut and bass guitar doesn't sound so well on it. I decided to make a simple overdrive(something like TS) for bass with clean blend. There are no bass, mid and treble controls. Instead of them there are 2 filters (TT and LPF) with smooth selection. This OD seems quite universal and great sounding to me. I used it already last few weeks on rehearsals and gigs and I'm quite happy with it. 
P2 and P3 is a single switch for additional bass boost.
Here's a short sample that I made when the whole circuit was on breadboard. It's recorded by microphone and 4x10(Eminence Delta10B)handbuild cab with my Greco Les Paul bass(humbuckers) and Hartke2000 amp. http://www.aronnelson.com/DIYFiles/up/bdsample.mp3

Glad to hear You liked it. I forgot to add I had orange squeezer compressor kicked in. The signal path was: bass guitar->overdrive->compressor->amp->cab and mic.

Layout looks a little bit chaotic, but it's quite small. I adapted the RV4 for mounting the PCB in my multieffect. The rest of pots are just wired to PCB.
V+ can be 12V or 9V.
