Has anyone ever seen a Reticon R5106H BBD chip, what's the H mean?

Tried to attached photos of these ceramic CMOS looking Reticon R5106H, but looks like it has to be a URL to do so, oh well :(

Anyone have info or knowledge on these R5106H?

Might infer CMOS technology instead of TTL level N-channel silicon...which could mean lower voltages/currents...?

I picked up a few of these R5106H today & wanna try it my '78 MXR MicroChorus that has a failed SAD512D, with the bias circuit modded for the R5106, but I don't wanna blow these up if they are more sensitive CMOS versions...

I got my hands on the EG&G Reticon master product list book, that details all their ICs: SAD512/512D/1024A/4096, R5106/7/8, R56xx, & TAD32A, which is 220 pages long, which includes all the datasheets...

But...! No mention of a R5106H, ceramic package version, or CMOS version....?

Bad link....and do you realize that you posted this thread under "store"?
I just designed a new fuzz circuit! It almost sounds a little different than the last fifty fuzz circuits I designed! ;)
