Hey home etchers...

Where do you buy your single sided copper clad from? How much do you usually pay? What size pieces do you usually buy?

I usually get 6x6 single sided from tayda for a couple of bucks a sheet. I have also gotten some in the past from http://www.goldmine-elec-products.com/. They even had some stuff you could cut with scissors. It's good for testing out prototypes of new layouts before finalizing them to a full thickness pcb.

Floor-mat at the front entrance to my former place of employment. Oh... the irony.

I use photoresist boards, often from the big suppliers, Mouser/Digikey, but i also get MG Chemicals' boards locally, Kinsten boards i pick up if i'm in Toronto and have also bought those on ebay from the Far East. 6 x 6", 4 x 9"...

I use the 6X6 boards from Tayda for general purpose..but when I need larger boards, or want to add a bit of color to the build, I order from abcfab on ebay.

Unfortunately...his store is currently shut down until Jul 25, 2016 while he attempts a hike through the Appalachian trail.
I just designed a new fuzz circuit! It almost sounds a little different than the last fifty fuzz circuits I designed! ;)
