I have a Rat clone with a few mods, and I'd like to wire two RGB common anode leds as status indicators.

So first, I'd like the footswitch to kill both leds.

I then have a DPDT on-off-on switch with this configuration:

1-33ohms-4
2-           -5
3-47ohms-6

I'd like one led to change color with each switch position. I then have another DPDT  on-off-on with:

1-134a double clipping diodes-4
2-                                        -5
3-3mm LED clipping              -6

I'd like led #2 to change color with each switch position here as well...

For the life of me, I just cant figure this out...

Thanks

welcome to the forum, Chazicon.

usually, I say "draw the circuit" for switch problems, as it will then become much clearer. in this case, I'm guessing that the resistors switch is switching one or other to ground, yes? in which case, you only need a single pole to switch them. this is why we diagram. the other half of that switch can then do the same, switch a resistor to ground, to control the leds.

the commoned anode ties to V+/9V/supply, whatever you want to call it. then the kathodes connect to a seperate current limit resistor EACH. the resistors connect to the on and on positions on the spare pole, and the common/middle lug connects to ground.

done. much the same method for the diodes, again made clear by drawing the circuit.
don't make me draw another line.
