Pcb design? Somebody? Anybody?

Is anyone willing to design a pcb for me? Maybe someone who is looking to get more familiar with Eagle (or the software they use) or ever to sharpen their skills. I've been trying this myself for almost a yr with no success. It's a fairly basic circuit, nothing crazy. I can etch and all that myself and have the schematic done. I just can't design the board if my life depended on it, and that's not a joke. Thanks yous in advance!
