Custom Catalinbread SFT based pedal for organ

Hello world! This is my first really challenging project so i am gonna ask some questions that are bothering me for what i want to do...Firstly , the pedal is going to have a catalinbread sft with a clean blend knob, so far so good....but i want to add a little more headroom so i decided to add a charge pump on it with the 555 chip, so then i heard the echoplex preamp and i thought that it would be a great addition to the clean signal as a boost. So the first question is can i get 18V from the same charge pump on two effects such as echoplex EP3 and Catalinbread SFT? The second question is can i add the echoplex run on the clean signal and on the same time before the sft as a switchable boost?
