Hobbyist working on a AION Stratus (TS) project. Stock build with no subs on values, (intentional that is)
Pedal powers up, get a signal in both bypass and effect. (sounds like slight clean boost)
Effect on, Volume works, tone seems to work - NO GAIN Change with the pot.
I have the "Bright" Mod with SPDT switch - switch works after soldering, firm clicks, continuity check shows it is working.
Same for the "Clipping" Mod switch - SPDT and continuity test shows it is working.
Clip switch and pot have no effect on the sound.
Anyone have experience with this effect?

PCB IN = 9.23 V

IC1
p1=4.48
p2=4.48
p3=4.48
p4=0.0
p5=4.48
p6=4.55
p7=4.48
p8=9.03

Q1
E=3.57
B=3.99
C=9.03

Q2
E=3.56
B=3.99
C=9.03

Which pot?

If the Drive pot does nothing, C4 R5 not really connected.

Yes, Drive Pot does nothing.

Guessing you have a short across your diodes/pot, which could explain every symptom.  Double (triple) check your jumper and diode placement. Very cool looking board.

Thanks Paul and Eric!

Re-flowed some solder on C4 and R5 (and a couple of other suspect joints) and checked jumper and diodes.
Working well now. Thanks for the input!

Eric,
It is a very nice "mod" laden TS PCB. Very good quality. Kevin at AION has some great PCB's at very good prices.
The IO PCB I had made. I hate wires and soldering the switch and jacks.
As you can see from the photo below, I made a mistake and had to run a jumper wire, but it works.

Very nice! What kind of bypass are you doing there? What's Q3 doing?

Answer to both, Going around Q3 which was intended to be reverse polarity protection. Didn't work as planned.
Since you're Excellent! AION Stratus PCB has all that on board, I just went around it.
I have since switched to a MOSFET P-channel to do that and it functions correctly on my next generation IO PCB.

Have it in my chain with the AION Refractor, into the clean channel they sound great.
