TroubleShooting help...Low output from Aion Titan OCD Clone

Hey everyone
First post here for debugging help...
I've only built about 5 pedals so far, first time i can't figure out a problem.

jumpered the pedal for 18V using on board charge pump from standard 9v adapter

The pedal works, but output is very low, i need the gain and volume cranked to the max to get a noticeable overdrive and output volume is still low.

also, the the Diode clipping switch doesn't seem to affect the tone at all.

the circuit had a misprint that rendered the Tone pot inactive, but I've already corrected this after reading about it on this forum
