Which Rotary Switch for Clipping Section Selection?

If I want to have multiple clipping sections to select from, like the DBA Apocalypse or the HBE Big D, what rotary switch (i.e. number of poles, break-before-make, make-before-break) do I need?  (Obviously the number of positions is dependent on my design.)

Thanks

If you only need to switch between 3 options, I'd suggest using a DPDT ON-ON-ON toggle instead, which can be wired as a SP3T switch.  Saves on space and possibly cost.

Technical difficulties.  Please stand by.

Thanks.  Does that imply I would use single pole switches in either scenario?

Single pole is enough.  You're switching between pairs of clippers in parallel, same as switching between single components.  Make before break should help keep it from popping while you switch, but not that big a deal since you probably won't be switching while playing.
