Hi people, I'm new to this and am terrible at it...don't laugh at me.

I was wondering if anyone knows how to set up external leds to light up when the filter opens alla TWA "Little dipper". I'm building a DR. Q pedal and know that the internal Leds flash with the filter effect. Any suggestions?

Hi & Wellcome...  :icon_biggrin:

Hard to say without schem but the general idea is to place LED (and it's current limiting resistor) in some way that is powered from the same source which creates the effect..

This can be done either by placing LED in parallel with (shunting) the semi-rectifier diode(s) (in case of enough current provided) or in series (replacing diode(s)) (in case of convenient LED forward voltage drop)..
