I am building a Mudbunny (Big Muff) from Madbean, and I wanted to incorporate a feedback mod. I'm using the idea from this website http://www.kitrae.net/music/Big_Muff_Mods_and_Tweaks_Page.html. It says to connect the emitter from Q2 to the emitter from Q3.

I'm a novice at mods, so bear with me! I was hoping to have it be a momentary feedback, and would like to use a soft switch. I was wondering if the diagram I have below will work, or if I need an SPDT switch? I was thinking this would work, because the two wires wouldn't be connected until I hold down the switch, right?

I would think it should work.  Not familiar with the schematic but if you just need to jump it then you would be doing it.

SPST will be fine. Make sure the momentary is normally off ("open")

You might want the pot he mentions. A knob, or an internal trimmer.

What blacieNYC said..!!

You have to apply a someway controllable amount of NFB..  :icon_wink:

"I'm getting older while being taught all the time" Solon the Athenian..
"I don't mind  being taught all the time but I do mind a lot getting old" Antonis the Thessalonian..

Thanks! I'll look at incorporating the extra NFB control as well.
