Hey guys, I did it! I got DV Mark to cough up some info by asking their info email. Check this:

Digit, holy shit dude, that sucks. Just another reason why I don't buy broken electronics with the intent to fix them. I've gone through two crybabies that I got for 12 bucks a piece that are just for scrap parts/when I'll be arsed enough to finally build a wah pedal myself 

EDIT: This is still fairly inexcusable customer service. At least digit had his Egnater issue with dirt cheap gear. I totally didn't put down $1.2k for this amp :/
