Im currently half way through building a Lovetone Cheese Source clone.
However after compiling around 5 different layouts and schematics online the 2 main variances ive found which i was seeking some clarification are as follows
c9 on the schematic says 22nf,  however half of the schematics I have  found say 220nf . Paul nelson and Alanp's version say 220nf?
is it 220nf or 22nf??

Also , Im nut sure if the following makes much difference however C3 (47nf)  and R6 (220r) are in different order on some layouts?
does the capacitor come off the transistor or is it the other way round with the resistor  then capacitor into op amp??

hope someone can help?

Intuition says 220r resistor should be directly connected to opamp inverting input (ratio of gain pot resistance:220r sets gain) and the output side capacitor is 220n (so the tonestack cap switching has a greater effect)

Parts in series, nothing at the junction, can be in either/any order.

22nFd against 330K sets bass cutoff at 23Hz, far below the guitar band. 220nFd would be 2.3Hz, far-far below the guitar band. As the real bass-cut is C3 R5, I can't see any difference, except 22nFd may be a penny cheaper.
