Help with posting jpgs

Hello, newbe here

Whenever I try to post a photo by drag and drop I get the photo but when I try to post I get an error message saying that I have exceeded the 20,000 word limit in the post.

Suggestions?

You should use a photographic hosting site like photobucket (there ore others but that is what I use) because your own computer is not a server.  Then you use the icon above the writing space at the extreme left below the B (for bold).  This will give you the img and /img in brackets.  Move the cursor between the ] and [ brackets and copy your picture identifier (that will start with http and end with jpg) into that space and you will get a picture.

That does not work here.

This forum, being very busy and totally free, can not afford to host pictures.

Upload to postimg.org, get the *image* URL (not the *page* URL), and post the URL into your message.
